Workigom Flow (the "Service") is a mobile app and web dashboard that helps businesses manage appointments, customers, finances and social media with AI assistance. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we use it, who we share it with, and your rights. By using the Service you accept this policy.

Account data: email address, name, phone number, business name and category, address and (optionally) tax details.
Business data: appointments, services, calendars, and your customers' names, phone numbers and notes.
Financial data: invoice/receipt images you upload and the fields read from them (amount, date, supplier); income and expense records.
Social media data: profile information, posts, comments, messages and statistics from the accounts you connect (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
WhatsApp data: messages exchanged with your customers through the WhatsApp session you connect.
AI interactions: conversations with Flow AI and the customer assistant, and content you generate.
Technical data: app version, device model, operating system version and error logs. When the app runs into an error, it may send an error report to our servers: a masked error message and technical trace, app version, device model, operating system version, the screen name and a short trail of recently opened screens, an installation identifier (stored only as a one-way hash) and, if you are signed in, your user and business identifiers. Personal data that appears in error messages (such as email addresses, phone numbers and tokens) is masked automatically on our servers. If you choose “Report a problem”, the note you write is included. Error reports are used only to find and fix bugs and to keep the Service secure, never for advertising.
Voice: when you give Flow AI a voice command, the microphone is used only while you press the button; the recording is not stored by Workigom and is converted to text by your device's speech recognition service.
To provide the Service and manage your account; to handle appointments, messages and social media replies; to generate content and replies with AI; to keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and fix errors; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data for advertising.
We work with trusted providers to deliver the Service: database, authentication and file storage (Supabase); web hosting (Vercel); AI processing (Google Gemini); social account connection and publishing (Zernio and the relevant platforms such as Meta/Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp and Google/YouTube); WhatsApp connectivity (a WhatsApp bridge running on our own server).
These providers process data only on our behalf and under our instructions. We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required.
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile, your business and all related data (appointments, customers, financial records, social connections, messages, AI records and uploaded files) are permanently deleted. Records subject to a legal retention duty may be kept separately and restricted until that period ends. Error reports are deleted automatically after 30 days; summary groups of identical errors, which contain no user identifiers, are kept for up to 90 days.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access is limited by user- and business-level authorization rules. No system is completely secure; please tell us if you notice anything suspicious.
Under applicable law (e.g. Turkish KVKK and GDPR) you may access, correct and delete your data, object to its processing and request a copy. You are responsible for providing the required notices and obtaining consent when you add your customers' data to the Service.
You can delete your account at any time: use the "Delete my account" section at the bottom of the Profile page in the app or web dashboard. If you cannot sign in, follow the steps on our account deletion page. Deletion cannot be undone.
The Service is intended for businesses and not for anyone under 18; we do not knowingly collect data from people under 18.
We may update this policy. We will announce significant changes in the app or dashboard; the current version is always on this page.
